A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due at the time an order is placed, and when building actually starts, half of the remaining balance is due.The balance is due when the instrument is picked up. A one-week period is established to confirm that the client is satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the instrument, your money will be refunded minus the down payment. The instrument, however, must be returned in pristine condition and the buyer pays shipping.
